Senior Technical Product & Customer Solutions Manager — Reading, Pennsylvania Area

Location: Reading, Pennsylvania Area Schedule: Full-Time Base Salary: $140,000–$155,000 Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonus Position Overview A respected and established manufacturer in the Reading area is seeking a Senior Technical Product & Customer Solutions Manager. This is a visible, customer-facing role for a technically strong professional who can connect customer needs with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and product-development teams. The position combines technical problem-solving, product strategy, customer relationships, and business growth. It is not a traditional quota-only sales role.
  • Key Responsibilities Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and operational challenges. Recommend product and application solutions. Serve as the link between customers and internal engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales teams. Lead technical discussions, presentations, testing, and troubleshooting. Move customer opportunities from initial discussion through development and commercialization. Support new-product introductions and identify new applications and revenue opportunities. Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in applications engineering, product management, engineering, technical sales, or customer solutions. Experience working directly with industrial, manufacturing, OEM, or other technical customers. Ability to understand technical specifications and translate customer needs into practical solutions. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with technically complex industrial products, equipment, or engineered systems. Background in applications engineering, product development, or technical product management. Experience supporting product launches, customer growth, or new-market development.
