Engineering Manager — Eastern Pennsylvania
Location: Eastern Pennsylvania / Berks County areaSchedule: Onsite
Compensation: Up to $150K base, plus bonus potential and benefits
Opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a well-established manufacturing organization in Eastern Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys being close to the plant floor, leading a small technical team, supporting production, and driving process improvements in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
