Senior Technical Product & Customer Solutions Manager
Location: Reading, Pennsylvania Area
Schedule: Full-Time
Base Salary: $140,000–$155,000
Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonus
Position Overview
A respected and established manufacturer in the Reading area is seeking a Senior Technical Product & Customer Solutions Manager.
This is a visible, customer-facing role for a technically strong professional who can connect customer needs with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and product-development teams.
The position combines technical problem-solving, product strategy, customer relationships, and business growth. It is not a traditional quota-only sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and operational challenges.
- Recommend product and application solutions.
- Serve as the link between customers and internal engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales teams.
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Move customer opportunities from initial discussion through development and commercialization.
- Support new-product introductions and identify new applications and revenue opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

Bridge Project Engineer — Allentown, Pennsylvania

Base Salary: $120,000–$140,000, depending on experience
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bridge Project Engineer for an established engineering and infrastructure consulting organization.
This individual will support the design and delivery of bridge, structural, and transportation infrastructure projects. The position involves technical design, engineering calculations, preparation of construction documents, coordination with project teams, and communication with clients and outside consultants.
The successful candidate will have a strong bridge or structural engineering background, an active Professional Engineer license, and the ability to manage technical assignments with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bridge and structural engineering design.
- Prepare design calculations, plans, specifications, estimates, and technical documents.
- Review surveys, drawings, maps, and other project information.
- Prepare construction cost estimates.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and subconsultants.
- Support projects from preliminary design through final design and construction.
- Assist with project schedules, budgets, proposals, and quality reviews.
- Attend client and project meetings.
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less-experienced engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
- Active Professional Engineer license.
- Approximately 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong bridge or structural design experience.
- Experience with transportation or public-infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with relevant engineering design software.
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bridge Project Manager for an established engineering and infrastructure consulting organization.
This position will lead bridge, structural, and transportation projects from planning through completion. The Project Manager will oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, technical resources, subconsultants, quality, risk management, and client communication.
The successful candidate will have significant bridge and structural engineering experience, an active Professional Engineer license, and demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure projects.

Required Qualifications

- At least 10 years of bridge and structural design experience.
- Active Professional Engineer license.
- Virginia PE license preferred.
- Candidates licensed in another state must be eligible to obtain Virginia licensure.
- Experience managing bridge projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, staffing, and delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural engineering focus.
- Experience with Virginia transportation projects.
- Experience working with Virginia municipalities or public agencies.
- Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, or public-private partnership delivery methods.
